For those who missed this on the news or unrelated... Microsoft shared a video introducing the new internet explorer mascot. I’ve saved the themed version of Internet Explorer to test it out. Initial thoughts: the so-called theme is merely a homepage where you can pick among various backgrounds for the mascot. It also contains links to several anime-related sites at the bottom, with a bar linking to anime news at http://www.internetexplorertan.com/home/# The site functions in other browsers but doesn’t display the backgrounds. Beyond that, it’s just standard Internet Explorer. It crashes YouTube frequently—sometimes after a few seconds, sometimes taking a minute. I can’t use copy-paste (keyboard or mouse) outside the address bar area. Overall, not a very pleasant experience so far...

I really disliked the thought that the Inori Aizawa browser version was the worst experience I've had.

Currently, none of your previous Firefox extensions are functioning properly, and there doesn’t seem to be an equivalent for Internet Explorer.

Setting it up now... I'll return later with my thoughts in mind.

YouTube functions properly now. I just observed the autocorrect spelling tool. It works well overall but doesn’t fix every mistake.

I believed EI caused my YouTube issues, but it wasn't functioning properly in Firefox either. I'm still unable to locate a fix that works anywhere, not even in the forum. It seems like I might end up going back to using Firefox if I can't resolve this soon.
