I adjusted my RAM speed in the BIOS since it was stuck at 2133mhz instead of the desired 3200mhz. After updating with X-AMP and restarting, my monitor entered sleep mode and all RGB lights ceased. Fans and internal RGB are still active. I’m unsure how to proceed…

Your device's chipset or memory doesn't agree with the timing settings you requested. Resetting CMOS will erase any BIOS changes, allowing the board to reset to its standard configuration. Refer to your motherboard's guide for specific steps, though typically you'll either adjust a switch for short or disconnect the power source from the outlet for roughly fifteen minutes.
