I changed my CPU from a Ryzen 3 3100 to a Ryzen 7 5800X on an ASRock Phantom Gaming 4. I updated the BIOS beforehand, but it only booted once and didn’t get to Windows. All fans and RGB are working, yet I can’t even reach the BIOS setup. What might be going wrong?

Reset your CMOS and restart it. Have you already done this?

I just attempted it, it started both on Windows and BIOS, but when I returned to BIOS to adjust settings to normal, I activated my exp profile and it behaved the same.

It could take a few minutes before anything appears on the screen. Just allow it to remain there for a while.
