They updated it with fewer features, but the best option remains returning to your preferred BIOS version that matches your layout. Just checking if that approach is effective based on the information shared.

Standard interface for all motherboards with Zen 2 compatibility via a BIOS upgrade. This behavior is expected; reverting requires downgrading the BIOS.

The chip wasn’t big enough for advanced graphics or full support for nearly every AM4 processor. Something had to be sacrificed, and fortunately MSI made the decision to simplify the graphics options.

Pressing F1 didn’t yield any useful results, which suggests a different UI is in play. Yeah... that kind of thing is frustrating but makes sense. I think it’s likely because I’m using the latest BIOS version, so just grabbing any 3000-series CPU should work fine without extra steps. Of course, installing it correctly is still important.
