In short, the issue seems linked to the RAM speed setting. Initially you had 2666 MHz, then changed it to 3200, which resolved the fan noise but caused a 3 long beep error. Removing and reinserting the RAM didn’t fix it either. The problem might be related to the motherboard or BIOS settings. Check if the correct speed is supported by your system and consider updating the BIOS if needed.

Reset the CMOS or remove the battery if it doesn’t help. When you raise it to 3200 next time, ensure the SOC voltage is 1.125V.
