It seems the BIOS was updated because the LED kept flashing and then everything powered up on the motherboard (it didn’t reboot). Sadly, the screen is still not working.
Ensure the 8-pin EPS cable connected to the CPU is securely inserted and oriented properly. Verify all connections on the PSU are fully engaged. Reattach the RAM and attempt a boot using a single keyboard switch.
