I've set up your firewall on both the server and router correctly, as you mentioned. However, it keeps blocking connections every time. Previously, running the web server on port 443/UDP worked fine, but switching to port 80 prevents any access. You want the web server on port 80 and the VPN on port 443. Also, I noticed you can't reach the VPN from your desktop even after changing its port to 443. The issue seems unrelated to the server being stopped—just the connection failing.
