Hello! I’m looking for assistance in setting up a more recent gaming PC, as it’s beginning to show its wear.
I’d appreciate guidance on selecting the best processor, GPU, or motherboard options, along with recommendations for where to buy them. I’ve noticed some confusing price differences when researching components before.
Thank you ahead of time!

Budget: $1,000 to $1,500
Requirements: Gaming focus, no VR or 4K, but I’d like to run more demanding games at higher settings.
Occasional use for Adobe software and some 3D modeling tasks for 3D printing.
Future plans include cloning my operating system onto a 500 GB M.2 NVME SSD, aiming to save costs.
I’m open to using Discord and running multiple programs at once. I’m currently experiencing memory limitations.

Questions:
- Are there any components you’d recommend swapping? I’m not locked into any specific part right now, just those that fit my budget. Bundles are a plus, and I don’t have a strong preference for AMD/Intel or AMD/Nvidia.
- Where can I find these parts for sale? The market has changed significantly since my last search.
- Is my existing PSU sufficient for the new build? Are there any other components from my previous setup that I could reuse (besides HDD/SSD)?

Wanted Part List:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor ($300)
Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING (WI-FI) ATX AM4 ($379–410)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 ($99)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB TUF GAMING OC ($430) – budget cap at $450
Case: Fractal Design Define 7 ATX Mid Tower ($150)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750 W (80+ Bronze, semi-modular) – free from previous build

Older Build Parts List:

I notice no issues with this, apart from the GPU you mentioned you planned to switch. For $450 you can purchase a 3060Ti, which is a good deal.
