I recently switched from a 1050ti to a 3060, but my speakers aren’t showing up in Windows. My headset is fine, and I’ve confirmed they function properly.

Did you use HDMI for audio or connect speakers directly to a sound card or motherboard? If the latter, confirm the sound preferences didn't revert to display audio—look in the lower-right tray for the speaker icon and verify the active output device is correct.

You're likely referring to your monitor's integrated speakers. Press the Windows key, type "Hit enter," and locate the Nvidia High Definition Output Device. Make sure it's turned on, then right-click it and select Test.

Assume the speakers are integrated with your screen? Verify your volume mixer configurations... Tap the system tray speaker icon and click right-click...

The audio devices are linked to the motherboard but aren't recognized by Windows since they don't show up in the list of available devices.

These cards typically link to the motherboard via an audio port. Is it active?
