I updated my memory settings. The issue persists with VGA and boot problems. Changing back to the previous RAM didn’t fix it. Clearing CMOS also didn’t resolve the problem.

Verify that your graphics card's power cable is securely attached. If the issue persists, consider repositioning or re-seating the GPU.
