Need to improve cooling since the base clock is throttling under stress. Consider adding a larger radiator or an external one. The Turbo Core Clock doesn’t appear to help much, and the core multiplier isn’t working properly.

I also observed another issue... your PC freezes when the CPU is under heavy use? What does that mean?! I’ve had crashes five times today, but after installing Prime95 I haven’t experienced any more crashes. Is there a solution besides adjusting the stock clock speed?

I was considering placing my second radiator at 140mm outside the case, similar to the setup with an external fan. But since Linus made a video on stacking radiators, I'm uncertain about its feasibility now. Need advice!
