I ran a check and everything looks okay with the other PSU. But Windows isn't starting yet.

It seems related to CSM, secure boot, and GPT together with an older motherboard that lacks these features. The project is still in progress.

Having OEM doesn't indicate you never bought it. It suggests it's aimed at small builders, prebuilt units, and laptops. If you paid under $100 for the key, it's OEM. However, good news—Microsoft has stopped offering cheap keys. If your activated key is linked to your MS account, you can switch the motherboard and just log in to activate. Apart from that, I'll wait until you're booting up to BIOS. You might still consider a clean install if you're still facing problems.
