I recently switched to Windows 11 a few nights ago and haven’t used my PC much since then. Today I realized my D drive isn’t reachable anymore. I’ve looked up the issue online but found nothing helpful. Would anyone have experienced this before? Any advice on possible solutions? *Update: It seems the drive is likely damaged. Bricking drives in Windows 11 isn’t rare. I chose to reformat it, but upgrading when I didn’t need it was a mistake. I should have done more research first.* I thought long-term use might have fixed most problems, but it probably isn’t the case now.*

Did you modify an older Windows 10 version or are you starting from scratch?
