I currently achieve satisfactory frame rates while gaming at 1440p with a 144Hz monitor, but I'm concerned about future game demands and want to identify my next upgrade priority.
My computer is an Alienware Aurora R6, featuring an Intel Core i7-7700 (Kaby Lake-S) with a clock speed of 3192 MHz. It uses an Alienware 07HV66 motherboard with a Z270 chipset and runs on 16GB of Kingston DDR4 RAM at 1197 MHz. My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 with 8192MB of GDDR6 memory. Storage includes a 1953.5GB SATA drive, a 14.1GB NVMe drive, and an Intel Optane+ 1.8TB HDD. Audio is provided by Intel High Definition Audio and NVIDIA TU104, while network connectivity utilizes a Killer Wireless adapter and a Qualcomm/Atheros Gigabit Ethernet controller. The operating system is Microsoft Windows 10 Home (x64) Build 17134.472 (1803/RS4).
