Typically when I click the shortcuts, like Chrome or foobar, the app launches directly at the location of the shortcut. Using ShareX opens it separately with a colored icon. This could be more helpful http://i.imgur.com/aYO2gf1.png Edit: Difficult to find many options for changing their icons. It’s actually okay since it fits the black and white theme.
