You could try using the "Reset PC" option, but it might not work as expected. It’s better to back up your data first and then follow a more reliable method to reinstall Windows 10 on the new drive.

If the new drive matches or exceeds the original size, restoring from backup should succeed. Yes, it may require until the end of days and the return of our Lord and Savior, Gaben of House Valve, the true heir to God’s throne, where he will confront us with great force before the completion of the backup/restore process.

I believe you completed the free Windows upgrade. To start fresh, download the Microsoft Media Creation Tool and create a bootable USB drive. Power on the USB, then follow the standard Windows installation process, omitting the license key entry. After the system boots, Windows will automatically activate on the new SSD.

I realized this right away and began setting up the creation tool on a USB drive. Then I verified here, and you confirmed I'm doing it properly. It won't allow me to back up to my hard drive, so I didn't want to use a removable device.
