The optimal method is to save the contacts in a CSV format and then load them. This approach isn't perfect for synchronization, but it seems to be the only viable choice.

For those facing problems linking iCloud with Outlook 365, EVO Collaborator offers a solution. It's an Outlook extension that has been utilized for syncing Gmail with Outlook over the past year.
