I've managed to upgrade my PC with the new specs: Ryzen 5 4500, 8GB RAM, new motherboard, updated PSU, and GPU. Most games run smoothly, though I still encounter issues with certain titles like BF1 and Star Wars BF2. My previous fixes didn't resolve the problem, so I'm looking for alternative solutions beyond what I've tried before.

All set, everyone. The bios have been updated and I'm ready to go.
