update x370 to x570
Well there's the title so there's not much to say about it just that i want to replace the x370 c6h i got with a new motherboard i have the 3700x and just heard the support for above 4g decode not enough just to justify but more because of my 3000 series cpu had a hand in it and it might just help a little what you peoples think about that a good motherboard that would fit in my pc?
I'm not sure... X570 seems like it's near its limit, so an upgrade beyond the Ryzen 5XXX line is probably unlikely. The X370 still looks capable right now. I think it would be smarter to hold off until the next generation, when upgrades would make more sense.
Sorry, I don't get it. You can upgrade your GPU whenever you're ready.
You're asking if a system upgrade is necessary because it feels underpowered for its intended use. It's important to consider whether upgrading is truly needed or if timing is a factor. Additionally, the current situation might affect the availability of parts.
A X570 board isn't very secure for the future right now, while the X370 had more longevity. You can still run it with newer CPUs today, but not for X570. Treat future-proofing as a misleading idea—don’t invest in it.
The still x370 performed adequately but lacked some capabilities compared to the 3700x, which offers more features similar to the x570. It would be preferable to purchase a GPU if possible, especially at a reasonable price now. The current situation isn't ideal for making such a decision, but I hope things improve soon. In the meantime, I plan to replace my existing 6GB GPU with an upgraded one when it becomes feasible, and then upgrade the rest of the system later. This should keep my setup running smoothly for some time.
