Update version of Terrara to 1.3
Hey there, just noticed no discussions around this topic yet. Thought I’d share since I’m curious about getting my girlfriend involved. Are people really excited about 1.3? I plan to convince her because she doesn’t play games much and prefers OSX over Windows. Since 1.3 supports Linux and Mac, it’s a good fit. I’m really looking forward to it—I’ve spent tons of time playing this game!
I initially wasn't very impressed, but after watching the trailer, I'm actually quite surprised. It seems like they might be fixing the multiplayer issue now. I was puzzled why my friends lagged behind even though we had open ports and a smooth Minecraft server setup with the same players. Basically there's a whole heap of new stuff there, take a look at the trailer on the terraria site. Hopefully terraria 2 is as good as the first. I've literally spent 16hour sessions playing this game with friends over skype Yeah I was quite surprised also, even the small details like the characters running will be a nice touch
