I think the folder icon setting is under the right-click properties menu, specifically in the general options. It might be in the last tab listed there. I can't verify this directly since I'm not on a Windows system.

A simple solution is to click tightly, select customize, and modify the folder icon. Then pick your desired image. Now it's done!
