Following the installation of Windows from scratch, my drive isn’t recognizing older programs that were installed elsewhere. They don’t show up properly or at all on app lists. Could there be a way to make Windows detect these applications again? Thank you ahead of time.

It's typical with some applications. The optimal fix is to reinstall them. This will prevent many issues down the line.

I've got more than 70 games and about 50 apps installed across other drives. Even though it seems to work, it would be very time-consuming, so is there another option?

It will soon become monotonous if not addressed. As @Pangea2017 pointed out, adjust the registry yourself. Make sure you understand each step.
