Hello, it's been a while. I just increased my monitor's refresh rate to 76 Hz. Now I'm wondering how to confirm if my games, like CS:GO, are actually running at that speed. I tried the launch command "-refreshrate 76," but I'm not sure if the game matches that setting. I understand games such as BF3 display their refresh rate in settings, but how can I do the same in CS? Thank you.

Use the command ~ perfoverlay.drawfps 1 to verify performance in BF3 or BF4.

Using v-sync along with the native Steam FPS overlay might be effective.

Select the launch settings for CSGO, set frequency to 76, and check if BF4 allows changes in the configuration menu. Verify for other games as well.

I understood it clearly and positively. It looked like you struggled with CS concepts, especially since the settings menu doesn’t display the current frame rate.

You'd notice damage if the match wasn't in sync after refreshing.

Shadowplay's overlay displayed a 60, but v-sync would only need to adjust the refresh rate to 60.

Find another method to view the refresh rate instead of FPS.

I believed v-sync worked with the display's highest refresh rate, but it might be adjusted in small steps like 30 FPS. I probably don’t use v-sync much, which makes me unsure.
