I got a t1600 yesterday and I updated the bios from a10 to a21 but it stopped boosting my cpu. It was boosting to 3.6 before I updated. I tried downgrading to a16 too but this didn't solve the issue. Was I supposed to re installed a fresh windows after bios update? or what did I do wrong? Or is it supposed to be that way? Will downgrading to a10 work in this case? There's another problem that it is not even running at it's base frequency (3.3Ghz). it's now maxed at 3.26Ghz.
