I’m preparing for pickup tomorrow with a 1700x unit and ordered the 3600 model. I’m facing issues updating the BIOS of my Aorus B450 Mini ITX Pro WiFi, as the process includes confusing steps like needing the EC FW update tool version B19.0517.1 or higher. I’m unsure what these instructions actually mean and don’t want to risk damaging my components. This is the first time I’ve changed a BIOS, so I’m trying to stay careful.

It only requires downloading and launching the update tool on Windows, then applying BIOS pass version F40. Refer to the 'Utilities' section for details.

What BIOS version do you have? (If you're unsure, open CPU-Z, install it if needed, then check the mainboard under BIOS settings.)
