I've verified the Windows and disk health status; everything is fine. The issue didn't begin occurring after this recent Windows firmware update.

I set up the BIOS driver from Dell and everything appears to be functioning properly. Appreciate your help!

It might be that Windows Update released a new version of something, and your BIOS or firmware isn't compatible. Occasionally this occurs—I've heard about it before. Don't focus on driver versions, particularly for graphics; laptops use vendor-specific video drivers and you shouldn't install Intel/AMD ones. For example, if the newest Dell video driver is dated 07 Nov 2022, that's the current version and you should use it.
