I'm unable to enter safe mode. I tested F4, F6, F8 and even F10.

Advanced restart choices (the one that appears after failing to boot three or four times) should allow you to adjust the downgrade with a button.

I've already restarted it multiple times before, but there are still no advanced restart choices.

It doesn't look promising...Have you checked for any hardware issues? I plan to create a USB Windows 10 recovery drive and test from there...

Yea, every thing was well and good up until now....not sure if there's any hw issue. Unplugged and replugged my keyboard and mouse, no effect. I'll try one of my pirated Win 10 discs to get to advanced restart options.

No action required. The Windows 10 ISO can be downloaded for free.

You don’t have another machine ready to create a recovery drive. What alternative options do you have?

A new error message appeared, indicating a system configuration issue, and the spinner restarted again.

Performed an SFC scan in safe mode. Discovered corrupted files and restored them. Updates vanished automatically when the system restarted. Everything functioned correctly after reboot. Appreciate @Chunchunmaru_
