I wonder if I was too casual, I lowered my CPU voltage and that turned off the boost even though I had PBO enabled earlier. Before updating my BIOS, I thought this might be my mistake. Are there any options I can adjust? I feel like maybe I made a simple error.

It seems the signal strength might be insufficient for the boost circuits. Likely the silicon performance was poor.
You haven't tested lowering the voltage yet, but if you're considering an overclock with a lower voltage, what motherboard model do you own?
yeah but i dont think its the vlotage being too low scince: nr.1 i have managed to overclock and undervolt before bios update nr.2 i think it's just some setting that im missing because whenever i touch the oc settings it disables boosting example: 1 restoring all bios setting to default 2 changing the mmultiplier from 38 to 39 after i do this my cpu is stuck at 3.9 ghz and this also applies to the voltage settings motherboart: asus strix b450-f
