The update was completed last Wednesday, meaning it's within the last eight days. The system prompt says you can't proceed with 'Advanced Startup' -> 'Troubleshoot' because no 'Uninstall Updates' menu appears. This suggests the Windows installation hasn't been fully removed. The 'Disk Cleanup' tool still shows previous installations, indicating a lingering old system. After installing a fresh Windows 11 and Windows 10 on separate partitions using EasyBCD, the system seems to recognize the older version. You might want to check the Registry for a way to point it back to the current Windows installation directory or adjust settings in the BCD menu. There should be a method to restore the previous setup.

I visited EasyBCD and restored the original backup it created three days prior. Suddenly, the 'Go Back' option functioned properly. I’m hoping this assists others facing similar problems later.
