I tried to refresh my profile information. The laptop powered off correctly and displayed a command-line update message with the fan increasing to full speed. However, the screen went dark and the fans continued running at maximum for over two hours. I’m unable to turn it off. What should I do? Thank you. My device is a Lenovo IdeaPad 5-15ARE05 from 2020.

You didn't press the power button long enough, and it seems the battery isn't removable.

Remove the charger and allow the battery to discharge completely.
