Hello everyone, I'm working on a fresh build for a friend and the system isn't showing any output. The board goes through the diagnostic lights, fans spin, GPU activates, and keyboard responds, but no display appears. VGA stays green and Boot stays white; nothing else happens.

Build details: AMD R5 5600 CPU, Asus TUF B550-Plus WiFi II, Klev 3600mhz RAM, 2x 8GB RAM, PSU PNY RTX 3070. I've tried several fixes: clearing CMOS, updating BIOS via USB flashback, swapping the GPU with a different stick, installing a 3080 Ti from another rig, using an older HD 7970, removing the NVME drive, trying a different PSU (GS800 works), and switching monitors between DVI and HDMI. Even after flashing the new BIOS, the issue persists.

The HD 7970 GPU seems to cause the system to restart repeatedly on both boards. It looks like a compatibility problem might be on the motherboard side. If anyone has any advice or solutions, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Resolved the issue by following these steps: reset CMOS using flashback button, then reset again. The VGA light disappeared and HDMI on the 3070 worked properly. Likely a problem with this board type despite its Ryzen 5000 support claim. Previously flashed the same bios, but clearing both CMOS might have fixed it.
