Update for rebar and nvidia drivers
Update for rebar and nvidia drivers
I own an RTX 3060 with a 5600x display and a B550 A Pro motherboard. Yesterday I installed the latest Nvidia update from the new app, tested it in a game using DLSS and it performed well, but I experienced a crash. I checked that Rebar wasn’t enabled before and after, but it still appeared inactive. When I booted normally, I saw a black screen with a blue loading symbol instead of my screensaver or password prompt. I fixed it by going back to the day before and disabling Rebar. However, the GPU driver also reverted to an older version, restoring the original GeForce experience. After trying everything—uninstalling, reinstalling, using Revo Uninstaller—I was able to download and install the updated driver again. I reset the PC and the issue persisted. It seems to be related to Rebar or a driver problem rather than a general Windows issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
