This seems to be the second or third update about a FA4 patch, but I can't locate the earlier one. I haven't encountered any significant problems so far. The only issue I've faced is a workaround (not a patch). When I exit settlements using fast travel, resources drop until I return, which leads to happiness and deserter complications. It looks like leaving the 'green zone' of the settlement and then fast traveling keeps everything stable. Just getting used to it makes it manageable. Apart from that, aside from one texture missing case requiring a reload, the game has run smoothly and without bugs. I've been playing for about 36 hours now.
Skyrim has seen multiple updates with new additions and improvements, yet the core mechanics like physics, sound, quests, AI behavior, and scripting still feel rough compared to past versions. Based on this, expect little improvement for Fallout 4 until unofficial mods become more common. Bethesda’s open-world titles are strong in many areas, but refinement is usually lacking.
Yea, Bethesda makes amazing games but they are def one of those 'set it and forget it' type of companies (unless it's game breaking like the elevator thing that happened at launch)
