They're probably working on it at the moment, and I haven't encountered any issues. A pirate version won't prevent you from having bugs, as those are part of the game's development process.

Apart from sli and that odd teleportation glitch, using the settings in the NVIDIA control panel has been smooth for me.

Players can easily adjust the standard game to resolve problems... definitely, I understand that myself and numerous others who purchased the title have faced no difficulties either.
