I recently purchased an mm710 and installed the cm+ software. I began the firmware update, which caused my PC to crash. After rebooting, the coolermaster software became corrupt, so I reinstalled it. Now the mouse isn't recognized at all. I attempted to reinstall the software again, but even plugging it into another USB port doesn't work.

Which version of Coolermaster's Masterlus app did you install? Which firmware were you on prior to the mishap with the update? Which version were you updating to? Does the peripheral show up in Device manager? I'm assuming you're working with a Windows OS environment. See if you use the mouse on a donor system/laptop and if the app is able to recognize the mouse in question.

I resolved the issue by downloading a separate firmware update (ver. 0110) and it now recognizes the mouse. Now I need to upgrade to the latest version (0501), but the process stops when I try. I have CM+ with the latest release 1.8.6.
