You can switch your PC to boot from Windows instead of BIOS by using a bootable USB drive or CD. Follow the setup instructions for your motherboard to install the appropriate bootloader. Since you're new, start with the official documentation for your specific model and hardware.

Upon installing Windows, it should start automatically. If Windows is set up, verify the BIOS lists bootable devices. Confirm your SSD/HDD appears there. Refer to your motherboard manual for additional details. This isn’t the problem, but you might also review your boot order. Open the boot menu by pressing F87F10/F12 or Esc during startup. You’ll see which devices are loaded in what sequence. Ensure the Windows drive is listed first.
