Windows 10 was installed on my desktop last night. I didn’t watch it happen, but after a while the screen showed up in the BIOS menu. I restarted and kept returning to BIOS again. Still can’t boot into Windows. I’ve reset the BIOS settings and confirmed the SSD is primary, with no other drives connected. Just using mouse and keyboard. It feels like the update reformatted my SSD!? I’m not sure what to do except reinstalling Windows. Any advice would be appreciated! - Peddles Specs: i5 6600 MSI H110I Pro Corsair Vengeance LPX 2133 2x8GB Zotac GTX 970 Samsung PM951 M.2 Corsair CX 500 W

I believe the issue is a damaged Windows setup. Use a USB drive to restore important data and then reinstall Windows.

You can generate a bootable USB with rufus and download an ISO from Microsoft's evaluation center. This enables access to your SSD and HDD, helping you retrieve lost files. Numerous tutorials are available on YouTube for using rufus. Once files are recovered, perform a clean installation and reinstall your YORY files.

That's frustrating. I've never had a problem with updates before. It looks like there are no major important files there. I'll just have to download all my games again. Thanks for the tip—I'll check out Rufus and give it a try.
