The recent BIOS update for B450 Pro4 includes Ryzen 5000 compatibility, as noted in the changelog. After applying the update, it should function properly.

Make sure the BIOS is updated prior to installing the new CPU. Otherwise, the system might not start at all. ASrock advises against updating unless you're using the 5000 series or the 3000 series. It's unclear if you'll still boot with the older CPU (2600), but after updating, just shut down the PC and replace the CPU.
