Sure! Let's break this down.
Are you asking if your current setup can handle a Wreckfest game?
Your specs look solid:
- Intel Pentium G3258 @ 40GHZ
- Sapphire R9 280 graphics
- 3GB H97M RAM
- 2x4GB Kingston Fury HyperX Blue 1600MHz RAM
- Seagate Barracuda 1TB SSD

That should give you a good performance baseline for gaming.

40GHZ is great! It should work fine. Running it off an APU at 1080p minimum is possible, and from my 290 I can maintain smooth 50fps with plenty of frames. I can lower some settings to easily hit 60+ FPS, and near maximum it will still run smoothly.

It's quite a bit of power there. It might even run without using the CPU heavily. Still, I'm not sure why you wouldn't get smooth performance from it.

It seems like you're talking about a record-breaking speed boost, but it looks like you might have mixed up some terms. Would you like to clarify what you mean?

Test it first before purchasing. I didn’t enjoy the controls and had to remove the game after only two hours.
