Which startup applications should I turn off? You've already disabled the Intel icon ("IAStorIcon"), so it likely isn't a priority. I'm uncertain about two other processes—"RtHDVBg_DTS" and "RTHDVCPL" from Realtek Semiconductor. I'm also unsure if another process is related to Realtek's audio control panel and whether it should run in the background. The Bitdefender services you mentioned—Wallet and Bdagent—are unclear, and I'm not sure about the Bitdefender Wallet or Bdagent Bitdefender apps. I'll review startup.txt and add more details if needed.

The disk cleaning program includes a feature that evaluates all start-up programs and assigns a score indicating their importance. This allows you to turn off less critical ones. Note: The program name is "Glary utilities," and the startup manager handles it. A helpful tip is to avoid disabling any MS-related software, drivers, or printers—check reliable sources like "Can I disable X from start-up?" for guidance.

The software provides incorrect data. Glary Utilities indicates active processes, while both Windows and Ccleaner list them as disabled at startup.

This hasn't occurred before and I've never encountered Glary providing incorrect outcomes.

You're right, everything seems out of place.

It seems like you're questioning how a simple observation conveys a strong sense of chaos. The comparison highlights three distinct appearances of start-ups—CCleaner, msconfig, and Glary utilities—showing how minor changes can shift perceptions. The only notable difference is that GU hides MSC, which might seem like a small detail but underscores the idea of things not being as they appear. Various start-ups can look quite different yet share similar underlying issues.

The Bitdefender Wallet is both activated and turned off simultaneously.

It seems Bitdefender was activated once but turned off twice. Yes, it’s possible they have multiple installations.
