I attempted to install the driver, but many corrupted apps were also downloaded. Should I remove them one by one? EDIT: I’m mainly trying to clear them quickly.

Avoid downloading drivers from third-party sites. You might end up with a harmful rootkit. Remove all software gradually, use ccleaner afterward, and carefully follow the provided instructions at to eliminate malware. It will take a long time, but it’s better to be safe.

It’s probably safe to assume your system has malware now. Time to dust off those old Norton anti-virus discs!
