There is a setting in memory tab in bios that is saying, check memory at start, or something like that. Disable this, you should be fine.

I couldn't locate that option but discovered a feature that controls the posting delay. It seems to have functioned previously. I'll run several reboots to verify. Edit: located the adjustment! Thanks!
