Occasionally I play games or do things that require me to hit keys or use shortcuts. This makes a lot of my keyboard shortcuts appear, and pressing the spacebar changes the layout, while minimizing and maximizing folders. It seems like a new setup was made last week or two on Windows 10 Home, 7700k, 1080p, 8GB RAM.

No new tools have been added. It seems the Ctrl, Alt, or Alt Gr keys are stuck. Tools appearing in the foreground while the mouse moves overhead could be similar to Winstep Nexus.

Open control panel, then go to Ease of Access, Ease of Access Center, and adjust the keyboard settings to make it easier to use. You can also turn off sticky keys or search Cortana for shortcuts for quicker access.

You might also use a second language or alternative input method, often activated via the shortcut keys space+ctrl, I believe
