I've noticed this unusual issue after switching from an HDD to SSD using DiskGenius. I'm worried my Windows might be damaged and don't want to reinstall it. The problem seems limited to my wallpaper, but it's causing some frustration.

Could the issue remain after switching your wallpaper? It's possible Windows has forgotten the initial file, making it unable to apply changes correctly.
