Looking for information on the processor inside. Also, I wasn’t familiar with high-capacity USB sticks that operate solely at USB2. Are you using a different USB connection? And do you have a laptop or a desktop setup?

It's a laptop model I3 with serial number 10005G1. I've tested various USB ports but the issue persists.
