I began to observe it following the Ill-Gotten Gains update. What about the rest?

I've experienced these stutters from the start. On the SLI setup, my usage graphs show they thrive between 40% to 70%. Odd, considering Witcher 3 runs both cards at high percentages. Performance feels great in GTA 5 when everything is cranked up. I might be mistaken and overlook something.

Observed a drop in performance when using self radio; game runs smoothly without it.

I also noticed stuttering after the update. Before it happened, I had smooth performance at 60 fps. Now the game occasionally lags and drops to as low as 40 frames. My hardware includes a GTX 770 with 4GB RAM, an i7-4771 processor, 32GB HyperX 2133MHz, and the game runs on an SSD. I’m using Windows 8.1 fully updated. During play I haven’t seen any thermal throttling from the CPU or GPU.

this setup is definitely frustrating with the v-sync settings. it's making gaming feel much harder now.

Stutter plays a key role here. The main issues I discovered were grass and indoor lighting. Those are the biggest challenges.
