03-15-2025, 12:17 PM #1Hey there, so while I was going through a lecture recording, these two lines popped up unexpectedly on my screen (check the photo). Nothing unusual happened—it's been sitting here for two months. I just glanced up from my iPad and noticed them suddenly. They show up for DP, HDMI, USB-C, and even the MSI logo on the boot screen. Resolution changes didn’t help either; I unplugged the power and let it sit for a few seconds, and they stayed. Any suggestions would be really appreciated Model No G274QPF
You might want to test with another device such as a different computer or player to verify the lines remain intact. It seems there’s a faulty connection in the cable linking the logic board to the LCD panel, and possibly a failing chip on the board. Fixing this could be challenging unless you’re familiar with modern TV internals. Opening the unit is risky due to fragile plastic components and flexible cables.
