I changed my R5 5600X to a 7 5800X3D today. My cooler is the MSI 360R liquid cooler. Sometimes I notice odd temperatures during heavy workloads—like under load, HWInof64 shows up at around 90°C on the display, but the CPU stays at 90°C and doesn’t throttle. It runs all four cores at 4.4GHz. I replaced the thermal paste again, but it didn’t help. Is this typical for my CPU?

Yes, it heats up a bit due to the additional stacked cache, but it's not a cause for concern.
