I own a Xeon W3565 at 3.5GHz. In titles such as RUST, CSGO and Minecraft I previously experienced 15-35% CPU load. Now everything runs at full capacity. Temperatures remain within normal range of 40-60°C. My system includes: Xeon W3565 3.5Ghz, Nvidia Quadro 2000 1Gb DDR5 4x2GB, 1500MHz DDR3 RAM, 500GB SSD, and a PLS Help setup.

Have you added any new hardware or software? A potential crypto malware might be operating silently in the background. (Unlikely, but not impossible)

No, it is not 100%. The usage varies depending on whether you're in a game or not.

I didn't make any adjustments, didn't install anything, and I don't mine crypto.

That era refers to several years ago, not weeks or months. Systems like games and operating systems evolve over time, making them harder to run. Updating is necessary as newer versions improve performance and security.

I've already looked at background applications. I was thinking about purchasing a new GPU, but the market isn't very favorable. The CPU performed well before a month ago. Here are the screenshots: In December 2020: Now:

Updates are released regularly. Consider testing older versions to determine if the issue is related.

Open Task Manager to see if any processes are active. Look for unusual activity or resource usage that could indicate a crypto miner running.
