It seems like your operating system might be failing. Everything looks set up, but your environment variables could be messed up. Try launching it through a file instead.
Try running the command prompt as administrator if it's not working: There's also this you could try: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth I suggest reading the article before doing any of theses commands: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/window...windows-11 If none of this works: I suggest doing a Bootable USB with a windows installer and reinstall windows, and backup your files (if you know how) from another computer, it might be virus or your OS is actually dying, it's worth also trying what other people said !
You need to run memtest for a minimum of 6 hours, ideally 48 hours, and even then... It could still miss something. Data issues usually stem from either RAM or the hard drive(s). Sometimes they’re linked; faulty RAM might damage the drive, but occasionally the drive itself is failing. The simple fix is to swap both components and reinstall Windows (or restore from a backup), avoiding your current setup if you suspect corruption.
I tested it for over eight hours and it passed without problems. After reinstalling Windows, I ran some checks and everything looks better now. I’ll flag this as resolved and check again later if the issues continue.
